The Story Behind G&G Bridal

Built with love and rooted in family, G&G Bridal originated its name from our founders great-grandmothers, Grace and Grace.

When our founders were just starting their business, a beloved family member gifted them a special heirloom: Sarah’s great-grandmother’s 1911-era wedding blouse, framed in a shadowbox. Eighteen years later, when the couple was deciding on a name for their bridalwear boutique, they found inspiration in their family history. Grace and Grace — named after Keith’s and Sarah’s great-grandmothers — appeared to be a natural fit.

Our intimate atelier exudes elegance, from the immaculate, all-white interior to the oversized mirrors, crystal chandeliers, and thoughtful touches. Each of our four private dressing suites — named Gardenia, Daisy, Dahlia, and Peony — evokes a specific mood while ensuring the most comfortable try-on experience.

Shopping for your wedding dress is an exciting and emotional journey — so we understand if you have questions about the experience. Here are a few of the most common inquiries, answered by our team.
question 01 Is there anything I should do to prepare for my bridal appointment?

Our stylists will reach out a few days prior to your appointment, asking for inspiration photos. We love seeing your Pinterest boards, TikToks, or mood boards for your wedding and dress inspo! Regardless of whether this is your first appointment or if you’ve tried on gowns prior, we are here to help!

question 02 Is there a recommended timeline for buying my gown?

Yes! We recommend purchasing your gown at least 8 to 12 months before your big day. This leaves plenty of time for alterations and shopping for all of your fabulous accessories!

question 03 Do I absolutely need an appointment, or do you allow walk-ins?

We require appointments for all visits. We want to provide you and your guests a personalized and exclusive experience.

question 04 Can I bring my family and friends to my appointment?

Absolutely! Our private dressing rooms can accommodate up to 5 of your closest family and friends! If you would like to bring more than five guests, please call to request approval. Additional guests are $50 per person, with a maximum of eight guests total per appointment. Don’t forget to take pictures and share them with those who can’t make it!

question 05 How long do appointments typically last?

Our appointments run for around 2 hours.

question 06 What is the typical price range of your gowns?

Our gowns range from $1,500 to $12,000, with our average being between $2,500 and $3,500.

question 07 Can I take pictures during my appointment?

Yes! We also provide free wifi so you can call and video chat with those who are unable to make your appointment.

question 08 How long will it take for my gown to arrive?

Once your gown has been ordered, it will arrive within 6 to 10 months. We do offer rushes to our brides with shorter timelines.

You are free to choose any vendor for alterations. However, G&G Bridal is not responsible for any issues that arise once the gown leaves our store.

question 09 What is your cancellation policy for appointments?

Please provide us with 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will incur a $50 charge.

question 10 Do you offer accessories and veils?

Yes! We offer a wide variety of veils and accessories through our partner, Lillian M. Collection, that complement your gown, as well as some beautiful bridal merchandise, like robes, sweatshirts, and customizable jackets!

question 11 Do you offer size inclusive wedding dresses?

Our sample sizes range from size 8 to size 22. We can order dresses whose sizes range from 2 to 32. IMPORTANT: Bridal sizing is different from normal sizing!

question 12 Do you have a return policy?

No. We do not offer returns or exchanges on gowns and accessories as they are all made to order. All gowns and accessories are final sale.

question 13 Do you offer in-house alterations?

Although we do not provide in-house alterations, we do have a list of recommended experts, including Luna Azul Bridal and Ahem Alterations.

question 14 Can I browse the gowns?

Yes and no. We recommend that your stylist select options for you, but the bride is welcome to come browse the racks. To ensure a smooth bridal experience, we do ask your guests to stay in the room. If you would like your guests to choose styles for you, we kindly ask that they browse our collection online and that you bring screenshots to your appointment. This ensures you have plenty of time to find the one.

question 15 Do you allow children?

Due to liability, we do not allow children under 10 years of age at appointments. With respect, this policy keeps your little ones and our dresses safe.

question 16 Can I bring food or drinks?

No. We offer complimentary water to all of our clients and a celebratory champagne toast to those who find the one!
